It weighs only 5.9g and you would probably forget it's in your ear. Instead of a big mic this has a thin, carbon fiber mic a little bigger than a stirring straw you use for coffee. It has a clip so you can attach it to the mic and you can attach an ear hook to the earpiece to make it more stable. The USB port is less than 7mm wide and the diameter of the mic is 2-3mm. This headset has on average a 41/2 hour talk time and can connect with 2 cellphones.
